We are part of the Solid Earth and Planetary Sciences research areas of the Department of the Geophysical Sciences at the University of Chicago. We are also affiliated with the Chicago Center for Cosmochemistry.

We are regular users of the Advanced Photon Source, especially the GSECARS beamline, which has been an important facility for our research.

We are academic partners in CDAC, the Carnegie / DOE Alliance Center.

We are active participants in COMPRES, the Consortium for Material Properties Research in Earth Sciences, and frequent users of various COMPRES community facilities.

JSC Petrology Lab
We collaborate regularly with the Multi-anvil / High Pressure Petrology Lab at NASA – Johnson Space Center.
